About Jess Beauchemin

Jess is a certified personal trainer who loves being outside of the gym. She has trained in a variety of methods like yoga, natural movement, rock climbing, weight lifting, and dance. Underlying all of these movement disciplines is the same foundation. It is that basic foundation that Jess loves to coach people with, so that they can move through the world with strength, confidence and grace.

When Jess is not working she’s out playing in the mountains.
